The Mandarin Maple course, offered by WenLin Chinese School, is tailored for students who have achieved HSK 4 or an equivalent level in Mandarin and have completed the Mandarin Pine course or passed relevant examinations. As the name suggests, this course aims to equip students with advanced language proficiency, leading to a strong command of Mandarin at the HSK 5 level. Upon completion of HSK 5, students' Mandarin proficiency reaches a university level, making them eligible to apply for full scholarships at leading universities in China and sought after by multinational companies. The course focuses on enhancing students' creative, comparative, and critical abilities. Students will develop the necessary skills to engage in conversations in Chinese and express their opinions on various topics, including current events, Chinese society, politics, economics, education, and different aspects of Chinese culture. Real-life materials, including newspapers, will be used to explore these issues.
